LIMITED FULL SERVICE PLANNING

Limited Full Service Planning offers many of the benefits of Full Service Planning but is more budget-friendly.  Our most popular package by far for our long-distance brides, Limited Full Service includes the planning assistance and coaching of a seasoned professional without spending a lot of money and ensures that the bride and groom get started off on the right foot from the beginning through the end.

Sample duties include:

  • A customized  planning timeline
  • A customized budget analysis and allotment recommendation  for each vendor category
  • Customized vendor research for the bride to find those vendors which suit her budget and wedding vision
  • Assistance scheduling appointments with vendors
  • Timely check-in’s to ensure planning and budget are on track
  • Assistance with etiquette, several in-person consultations plus all duties mentioned in the “Month Of” package.

*Based on Guest Count up to 150 persons, Ceremony & Reception at the same location and use of a Full Service Caterer and Full Service Florist as outlined on Contractual Checklist provided by Santa Barbara Wine Country Weddings & Events  |
