It’s time for a reality check. After hundreds of weddings, I see this almost all the time: couples come to our world-renowned Santa Barbara including its beautiful wine country and see the epic resorts, private estates, ranches, beaches and wineries and they are smitten. One of my favorite things about this Santa Barbara wine country wedding at Lincourt Winery was the elegance and multi-cultural aspect my clients and their families brought to this wedding day. Virtually all wineries have an elegance about them, but Lincourt Winery is special – it used to be a dairy farm and the old yellow house that is now the tasting room was an old Sears Craftsman House kit that overlooks the vineyards below and the red barn adjacent. It oozes country charm. But my favorite thing about Lincourt Winery weddings? So little decor is needed. The backdrop is already set with vines and in the distance, the Santa Ynez mountains and beautiful sweeping blue skies cradle Lincourt Winery in their arms.
