We then prepare a hosted, chauffeured tour to personally show you these locations. Guests receive a Certified Wedding Professional as their host to answer unlimited questions during the tour as well as during a hosted casual lunch at a renowned Santa Barbara establishment. Ceremony – Only Coordination

Full Service Support

After an initial interview to assess your spending plan, guest size and event vision goals, we go to work and create a customized budget based on each category for every service, and then solicit custom proposals from the best event supplier for each service who matches your spending plan and goals. We coordinate interviews and appointments with each event partner and make recommendations for all your planning needs. One month prior to your wedding, we provide a custom timeline and production schedule for you. This includes all directions for orchestrating your own rehearsal (or ideally to delegate to someone else who wants to help you), ceremony, and reception, including fill-in –the blank assignments for ushers, guest book attendants and key duties needed at the end of the reception that many miss. This is for the bride and groom who want to plan everything but need professional guidance and coaching to ensure they are maximizing their spending plan as well as benefiting from insider knowledge on some of the “tricks of the trade” in a complex industry.  We have all your resources and over 600 weddings’ experience as a third-generation Santa Barbaran.
